Our delivery team hand-delivers each delicious cake in a high-quality cardboard box. Candles and knives are complimentary but will be included based on availability.

Every cake we offer is handcrafted, and since each chef has their own unique style of baking and decorating, there may be slight variations in design and shape.

This product is perishable, and therefore, delivery will be attempted only once. The delivery address cannot be changed or redirected after dispatch.

We promise express delivery to ensure superior customer service. Please note that the delivery cannot be redirected to another address.

As this product is hand-delivered, it will not be shipped along with couriered items.

Occasionally, substitutions for flavors and designs may be necessary due to temporary or regional unavailability.

Care Instructions:

• Store cream cakes in a refrigerator. Fondant cakes should be stored in an air-conditioned environment.
• Consume the cake within 24 hours.
• Slice and serve the cake at room temperature, ensuring it is not exposed to heat.
• Sculptural elements and figurines may contain wire supports, toothpicks, or wooden skewers for stability. Please check the placement of these items before serving to small children.
